Plaster and Patch Repair

We recently completed the repair of a staircase in an apartment building, addressing issues arising from prior water damage that had led to mould and rust on the external corner plaster trim.

Despite the water damage having been resolved earlier, our focus was on the lower part of the staircase and the vicinity near the fire hydrant services. We utilised mould remover in specific zones, conducted patch repairs for severe mould damage, and applied stain stop to affected sections. By adopting this approach, we successfully minimized the necessity for extensive plaster cut outs, effectively reducing overall repair costs while seamlessly matching the new work with the existing plaster.
