The completed works included replacing and painting weatherboards to match the existing style, removing old windows and installing properly sealed new ones, painting the exterior and interior walls, ceilings, and trim, implementing a landscaping plan with plants, hardscaping, and an irrigation system, and renovating the bathroom with new fixtures, tiles, cabinetry, and paint.
